Bat Warranty & Returns
You can return unused, wrapped bats for 14 days from your order ship date. Simply return the bat(s) to Softball Bat Club in the manufacturer's original packaging/wrapping. A refund for the purchase amount will be issued within 7 business days of receipt of the bat. Refunds cannot be issued for shipping charges. Manufacturer Warranty
If your bat is defective, simply call the manufacturer and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). You will then send the defective bat to the manufacturer, and they will ship a replacement bat directly to you. Softball Bat Club does not provide replacement bats. The warranty period differs for various bats - please refer to the documentation that shipped with your bat.

Shipping & Tracking
Orders placed before 5PM EST Monday through Friday will usually ship the same day. Orders placed after 5PM will ship the following day. Orders placed after 5PM EST Friday will ship the following Monday. Bats are typically shipped FedEx but may be shipped via UPS or USPS if the service offered to your location is faster.

Once your order is shipped, you will recieve an email with tracking number(s) and delivery times directly from the courier. Softball Bat Club ships with FedEx, UPS and USPS.

We ship to Canada! Once you select a Canadian province during the checkout process, affordable shipping options via Canada Post will be available for selection.

Payment Methods
Softball Bat Club accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards and PayPal Express Checkout. Once your order is placed, we will verify stock and prepare your order for shipment. If we do not have items in stock that you ordered, we will contact you to make arrangements for those items.
