Trade In Make & Model

(Ex: Combat, Worth, Demarini, Easton, etc)
(Ex: Juggernaut, Resmondo 454, Salvo, Z1000)
The model number can usually be found on the barrel and is typically a combination of 4-8 numbers and letters. If you cannot locate the model number, leave it blank.
 USSSA
 ASA
Bats can contain different "stamps/logos" that describe the softball associations for which the bat is approved. Check off any of the stamps that you see. They're often located above the grip or on the barrel.
We are only accepting Slow Pitch and Fastpitch bats for trade in at this time. Baseball coming soon.
Do you have an original purchase receipt for this bat? If so, please enter the purchase date on the receipt. Otherwise, leave blank.

Trade In Wear & Tear

How many hits, both in games and in BP, have been taken with your bat?
Please rate the physical appearance of the bat. Are there scratches, paint peeling, damage to the end cap or knob, etc.
Please indicated whether this is a "warranty" bat that was recieved from returning a broken bat. Warranty bats often have the letter "W" stamped into the end cap or are marked "W" above the grip.
Please indicated whether your bat has been physically altered from the factory state by shaving the barrel, rolling the bat in a rolling machine, or both.
When you turn the bat upside down and back, does it make a "rattling" sound, like there may be pieces of material loose on the inside of the barrel?
